Despite all this, they repeatedly managed to escape serious punishment. The young man behaved towards women in the same way as he did in the rest of his life: aggressively and disrespectfully. The relationship with Annie quickly transformed into total control, which became particularly evident when the young man moved into his partner’s apartment.
Annie came under increasing pressure. First, Erbe demanded that she break off contact with her friends , then also with her family. Nevertheless, he was determined to buy an Audi RS7. The purchase was far too expensive for him. But he persuaded his girlfriend to take out a bank loan for it.
This was necessary because he himself was registered as a debtor and could not get a loan. Moreover, he would have risked a cancellation anyway due to several incidents with the police . She agreed, and so they acquired the desired vehicle. It is important that from the beginning only the young woman’s name was listed in the vehicle registration documents .
Naturally, she wanted to use the car herself, for which she now had to pay off the loan. But Abe constantly tried to deny her this opportunity . The relationship was frequently plagued by arguments about who was allowed to drive the car on which day. The two sides were unable to reach an agreement. On one of these occasions, Ape parked the car in an area where parking was prohibited.
For him, such a violation of the rules was common practice, which he even openly advocated on the internet. When another vehicle turned around there, it grazed the Audi, causing significant damage. The couple contacted their insurance company to cover the damage. However, he was turned down because Abe had violated the parking regulations.
This led to a serious argument, because neither of them had the money to repair the expensive car. As she later admitted, it was at that moment that Abe first raised his hand against her. The young woman was already under such strong control by the domestic tyrant that she couldn’t even defend herself.
The next day he apologized and Annie forgave him because she believed he would keep his word and not hit her again. All of this turned out to be a lie. From that day on, arguments and physical violence became the norm in the relationship . There were more than enough reasons for Ape’s aggressive behavior. He not only took banned substances, but also strong, pain-relieving steroids.
He did a lot of sports and built up muscles , but he only achieved all of this with the help of supplements. In addition, he constantly got new tattoos and spent a lot of time in tattoo studios. He was in severe pain from that and from the training . Eventually, the tattoo artist suggested he buy and inject a drug that was similar in effect to morphine.
Abe soon became addicted to this substance, so much so that it lost its effect on him. To enhance the effect, he had to take several types of tablets at the same time. Combined with banned substances and the regular use of steroids, Ape’s behavior became completely unpredictable.
She herself did not take any substances, but occasionally drank alcohol. In one of the disputes, the police had to intervene, called by a young woman. At that time, Abe pointed at her. It turned out that she had been drinking heavily. Tests were carried out and the young man’s statement that the woman had been drinking was confirmed.
The police once again let the young man go unpunished . Later, he used this incident to further bind her to him . Once, the two were visiting friends, and they got into an argument. The young woman left, leaving her phone behind. By chance, her sister called that number, but it was the other person who answered. Her sister was unable to reach her, while her boyfriend claimed she had simply dropped everything and driven off.

According to him, he had no idea where she was. Since the sister knew about the conflicts and violence in the relationship, she contacted the police herself to have them look for the Right Lake in the apartment . The officers found the young woman heavily intoxicated, while her three-year-old daughter Evely was also present .
When the police arrived, Ape was already inside the apartment. Another attempt was made to hold him accountable. At the same time, she told her family and friends a different story. According to her, Abe took these pills and forced her to swallow them. According to the young woman’s account, it was not the first time he had stuffed a whole handful into her mouth and then held her mouth closed until she had swallowed everything.
Her relatives tried to understand why she didn’t contact the police . Despite this frightening and dangerous behavior, Annie explained that she was simply afraid of losing custody of her daughter because Apes was blackmailing her with the previously recorded video. After these incidents, the violence became even more apparent.
Abe began to behave completely fearlessly. He was even able to attack the young woman in the presence of her friends. All of this had no consequences for him because she was afraid to go to the police . At the urging of her relatives, she finally contacted the authorities after another assault .
However, as soon as a document was presented to her for signature, she refused to sign it. She was simply afraid. Meanwhile, arguments in their relationship became more and more frequent and increasingly aggressive. Abe constantly destroyed and damaged his girlfriend’s expensive belongings and beat her. Eventually, she even decided to sell the car, which had been bought on credit and was registered in her name.
Since her data was entered in all vehicle documents , she did indeed have the right to do so. The day she made this decision, she told Abe about it. The friend insisted that she not rush things and promised to come to her work to pick her up and discuss everything on the way. But instead of doing that, he waited at her home.
At that point, they had already been living together in their apartment for several months. This entire period was marked by violence and constant conflict. That evening, another serious argument ensued after the young woman asked Abe to leave her apartment . He agreed, packed his things and rented another apartment, just a few minutes away from hers.
Apparently, he was not ready to give up. While Annie wanted to change her life, remove her abusive partner, and become a better mother for Evelyin , one problem remained unresolved. The car. Although all the documents were in her name, Ape had covered a significant portion of the payments for the vehicle. He didn’t want to sell it, but he also lacked the money to compensate his ex-girlfriend.
The young woman eventually let him use the car and continued to live with her mother. However, it was agreed that Abe should repay the loan within a few months . At that point, they had finally separated. Only this one point remained to be clarified. On April 25, 2018, Annie contacted Ape again. She demanded that he pay the money for the car.

The young mother spent the rest of the day with her daughter. After putting Evelyine to bed , she contacted her best friend and talked to her on the phone until almost 2 a.m. She told her about the conversation with Abe and complained that despite the warning, he hadn’t shown up all day and hadn’t brought the money . Shortly before 2 a.m.
, the woman heard a strange noise. She interrupted the phone call with her friend, as she assumed it might be her former partner with the money. But there was nobody there. The conversation continued. A few more minutes passed. Both women decided to go to sleep and said goodbye to each other. The attack probably happened at that exact moment.
During the investigation, the young man was already meeting with another woman. The police spoke with Abe and with her. She recounted that on that fateful day, April 25, 2018, she had left her apartment at around 10:30 p.m. to meet with work . According to his new girlfriend, the young man had a syringe with him containing a whole cocktail of medications and substances he was addicted to and injected regularly.
He himself did not drink alcohol and disliked it when people around him were drunk. Nevertheless, he insisted that his companion drink a lot after the couple arrived at the casino at around 11:30 pm. They did n’t see him inject himself , but his overall behavior seemed strange. They both left the restaurant at 1:21 a.m.
Initially, the couple drove through the city in the same car that had caused the argument with the ex-partner . Although Abe’s new girlfriend was very drunk, she remembered that they had stopped at the ex-partner’s apartment and the young man had gone there. He explained that he had a small matter to attend to, but did not elaborate further .
The girlfriend suspected that Abe wanted to take revenge on his ex-partner because of the argument about the car, perhaps by planting something on her to deprive her of custody of their daughter. The new girlfriend didn’t know exactly what was happening, but had a bad feeling when the young man left her alone in the car.
She felt nauseous , she vomited, and the man stayed away for an unusually long time. First she wanted to ring the doorbell , but nobody answered. She felt so unwell that she simply grabbed the car and drove off. She spent the night at a friend’s house, but was woken up by a phone call. He tried to find out where she was .
The new girlfriend could barely express herself clearly, so an argument ensued on the phone. During the brief conversation, she recalled hearing a child crying in the background. She suspected it was Evelin . After waking up, the young woman drove home. When she arrived, she immediately noticed that the door had been changed.
She thought thieves had broken into the apartment, but found nothing inside. For some reason, he had slept there. The argument between them flared up again, but contrary to his usual behavior, the young man seemed unusually distant and calm, and the conflict quickly fizzled out. As for Abbe’s version, he explained that after the casino he drove to his ex-partner’s house because he had obtained the necessary sum and wanted to pay her for the car.
However, he claimed that he had not entered the young woman’s apartment. She did not open the door. The young man wanted to hand the money over to the girl , but Evelyin was too small to open the door. Since there was no evidence against him, the investigation continued, while the young man was released for the time being.
When the police found the body in the bathtub , they initially assumed it was a suicide . During the search of the apartment, officers found numerous empty medicine packages and subsequently a syringe in the bathtub where the body was lying. There were also candles and a box of strawberries. All of this looked very artfully staged.
But investigators immediately noticed that everything seemed to have been arranged deliberately. The impression was created that the entire scene had actually been faked. This led to suspicions that the supposed suicide might actually be a murder. The forensic medical examination confirmed the worst suspicions.
A high dose of a painkiller was found in the young woman’s body. Later, the same substance was also found in Abe’s apartment . This very painkiller was one of the substances he regularly injected himself with. Due to his addiction, several puncture marks on the deceased’s body appeared suspicious.
They were all fresh. This did not fit the image of a dependent person voluntarily giving themselves an injection, especially since there were no older injection marks on the body , which meant that she had never injected herself before. The final deciding factor was the toxicological examination. The young woman’s blood contained a lethal dose of the substances.
Although suspicions persisted that she might have taken her own life, no one in her circle confirmed this version. Everyone was convinced that she would never have abandoned her daughter in this way under any circumstances. She loved life, never suffered from mental illness or depression, and was not addicted to any substance .
The girl herself said that she saw Aber attack her mother that evening. He was then taken back to the police station for questioning. This time, his version began to change. Now he even claimed that he had not approached his ex-partner’s apartment at all , but had only driven past it , something he could barely remember due to his condition.

However, when he arrived at her apartment, the young woman was already so heavily influenced by substances that she could barely speak. According to Abbe, she had prepared for a bath , providing strawberries and alcohol in the hope that the water would help her regain her senses and recover. The young man warned her that this could be dangerous, but she did not listen to him.
When he left the apartment, the young woman was still alive. In light of the information gathered, the investigators held a different view. They were convinced that Abbe had administered several injections and given his ex-partner a lethal dose of medication before leaving the apartment, leaving Evelyine alone with her dead mother.
He allegedly staged a suicide before the injection , but his version seemed untenable. No one had ever heard that the deceased had been addicted to any substances. Even his stories about alcohol were considered exaggerated. Furthermore, the level of painkiller in the victim’s blood was so high that she would hardly have been able to light candles and lay out strawberries herself.
The trial began in 2019. By that time, in addition to indirect evidence, numerous pieces of evidence had already been found to show that ab had indeed been in the bathroom when the young woman died. His lawyer tried to prove that all these traces dated back to the time of the couple’s relationship.
The defense attorney tried to portray the deceased in a bad light , but that wasn’t so easy. Despite all attempts, Abe Alsaadi was found guilty of premeditated murder and sentenced to 18 years in prison. Nevertheless, he refused to accept this and his lawyer immediately filed an appeal. Since there was no direct evidence that Abe had forcibly administered the drug to the young woman , the court reviewed the case again.
The murder charge was dropped. The only remaining charges were for serious violation of the woman’s personal integrity and for repeated violence against her. exist during their lifetime. As a result of this decision, the prison sentence was reduced to three and a half years and Abe was released.
Despite protests from the victim’s family, he was released in early 2021 . After that, the man left Sweden and moved to Spain. However, he did not end his violent behavior there either . Their conversation quickly escalated into mutual insults. A conflict arose, in which a friend of the debtor also participated. During the fight, however, both men were injured with a knife. He then immediately fled the scene of the crime and later claimed that his actions were solely in self-defense. By a fortunate circumstance, no one lost their life, although the men suffered very serious injuries.
However, he was arrested on May 10, 2022. He was charged with attempted murder. After that, the young man’s online activity dropped to zero. His last post was from May 10, 2022, two weeks before his arrest in Spain. The investigation in this case is still ongoing. There is no triumph of justice in this story.
There is only the silence of an empty apartment, in which a child’s lullaby still echoes ghostlike to this day , drowned out by the noise of the music. The little girl, who lost her mother on that fateful April night, grows up under a different name, protected from the world by legal secrecy. But the scar on her soul will never heal.
Her quiet, childlike voice, which told psychologists about the evil man at her mother’s bedside, proved too weak against the judges, who demanded impeccable figures, formulas, and irrefutable DNA tests . The Swedish judiciary made its decision. She decided to release the accused in order to avoid convicting an innocent person.
The perfectly staged installation of candles, bears, and deadly poison worked flawlessly. The man who made Oni’s life a living hell served only a few years for minor offenses and returned to his usual life on social media, where he continued to garner approval and attention .
